Took insurance, told me what I had to pay and what was covered. I paid what was asked. They billed me three different invoices, all different amounts then sent me to collections at the same time the invoices went out. I had to call and beg for assistance before the CSR realized the local office didn't submit my insurance. Issue still outstanding but please spare yourself, go somewhere local who... Read more

I had a couple of very painful teeth and took x-ray exams (half of my mouth)on Oct. 13th after a two-three weeks waiting period (not an emergency case) at Dentalworks at Winston Salem Parkway Plaza. My insurance plan covers twice x-ray exams per year, however the Dentalworks used a service code filed to my insurance company- united Concordia to let me pay. I called Dentalworks and was told that... Read more

I see Dr. Ghodke at the practice. She's always fantastic and takes great care of me. However, the administrative staff at the practice is SO horrible they've completely chased me away. I now have to find a new dentist, because they are so impossible to deal with! Some of the issues are below: 1. Long Hold Times: I called in to verify that they took my new insurance. I was on hold for over... Read more

In that case, I wouldn't expect anything less that what was said, too bad it was put on "a consumer" website! DUH!!!! Appears that the terms and conditions were not reviewed by the poster either, as their is definitely inaccurate information posted. I just wanted to give a little... Read more

Had a tooth pulled and tooth was in my sinus cavity, they pulled it anyway. After I called them back to tell them air was coming out of the hole , no one called me back. I went back to dentist to show him and told me nothing was wrong. It had been over 4 years now and I get a sinus infection at least once very two months and have been hospitalized twice for this. Went to dental works after being dropped from insurance. They came in and told me that I had 8 cavities that needed filed right away. I declined because it was going to be over a thousand dollars including the xrays and cleaning. By the grace of God I ended up having to go to another dentist for an emergency procedure. They did xrays I had zero cavities. What a scam this business is running. My... Read more
