Went in for a cleaning, new patient. I admit it had been three years since I had my teeth cleaned. Simply...lack of funds They did my Xrays, and then informed me I needed the deep scale cleaning. I felt ambushed, they gave me 1 price if I applued for the Care Credit, and another price to do obe side today and the next side on another vusit. I told them that I wasn't prepared for this, and I... Read more

Sounds like a former employee that worked their for many, many years that probably didn't VOLUNTARILY resign! In that case, I wouldn't expect anything less that what was said, too bad it was put on "a consumer" website! DUH!!!! Appears that the terms and conditions were not reviewed by the poster either, as their is definitely inaccurate information posted. I just wanted to give a little... Read more

Had a tooth pulled and tooth was in my sinus cavity, they pulled it anyway. After I called them back to tell them air was coming out of the hole , no one called me back. I went back to dentist to show him and told me nothing was wrong. It had been over 4 years now and I get a sinus infection at least once very two months and have been hospitalized twice for this. Went to dental works after being dropped from insurance. They came in and told me that I had 8 cavities that needed filed right away. I declined because it was going to be over a thousand dollars including the xrays and cleaning. By the grace of God I ended up having to go to another dentist for an emergency procedure. They did xrays I had zero cavities. What a scam this business is running. My... Read more

Where to begin... If you are looking for quality dentistry at an affordable price you will NOT find it here. What you will find are dentists that are too overbooked to even give you the time you deserve on your overpriced dental needs, when you are lucky enough to have a half way decent dentist even work in your mouth. Why is that? Greed: Sherry Daischer, regional manager with NO dental... Read more

My husband had a bad tooth and I made an appointment with Dental Works. He had insurance and paid 43.00 before leaving. They have now turned his account over to a collection agency for $190.00. When I talked to the collection agency, they said I had to get in touch with Dental Works if I had a dispute. His insurance has a contract with Dental Works and no way should we owe this amount. ... Went to the Dentalworks office in Leland, North Carolina in June 2014. They charge a $128.00 for a periodic oral evaluation and prophylaxis (teeth cleaning and polish). My health insurance will only allow $94.00 for those two treatment claims. In order to get the full amount they want to bill, despite being a claimed network provider, Dentalworks added $34.00 to the visit bill as a... Read more
